Social Enterprises at VMCH

Social enterprises support people with disability to start their careers with help from local businesses.

Empowering people with disability to thrive at work, in community and in life.

VMCH’s social enterprises provide real-world training, meaningful employment and community connection for people with disability across Victoria. From cafes and coffee vans to maintenance crews, gardening teams and handcrafted goods, each of our enterprises is a stepping stone toward independence.
