Our Mission
Here at VMCH (Villa Maria Catholic Homes), our services are as diverse as the people we support. As a Catholic, for-purpose organisation, love, joy, courage and hospitality aren’t just words to us, they guide us in everything we do.

A legacy of care and compassion
Our Vision and Mission

We foster connections and show compassion for one another with kindness and respect.

We create a culture of happiness and positivity, celebrating life and the uniqueness of all.

We welcome all to our community, bringing comfort and a sense of belonging.

We do what is right, regardless of our fears, the challenges or consequences.
Our commitment to eradicate modern slavery
In accordance with our values, we are committed to respecting and promoting human rights, which includes the commitment to work to eradicate modern slavery. We aim to ensure that decisions made by VMCH do not allow modern slavery to exist within our operations, business relationships and extended supply chains.

We are committed to preventing child abuse and identifying risks early, removing and reducing these risks.
We are committed to providing a child safe environment where children and young people are safe and feel safe, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for children with disability, as well as the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
