Reduce your stress with meditation
Make time for you once a week to wind down and relax with meditation facilitator Barbara. The sessions run every Tuesday for 10 weeks from 7 October 10 between 7:10pm - 8pm. Please express interest if you intend to attend all ten sessions of the program.
