Providence Bacchus Marsh

Warm, happy and friendly.

Welcome to Providence

Your new home is in the charming countryside of Bacchus Marsh, only 50 minutes away from Melbourne’s CBD.

Having undergone a recent two storey expansion, Providence is now a 99-bed residence with a memory support unit.

Enjoy a spacious, single room with private ensuite and lovely natural light. As you walk through the residence, you’ll find a series of cosy lounge and sitting areas, lovely garden views including pepper and gum trees and a courtyard that’s perfect on a warm summer’s day.

We also know that everybody loves good quality food and that’s why our chefs prepare and cook meals on-site using fresh and wholesome ingredients.

Providence also offers allied health services, including physiotherapy and podiatry, plus an on-site hairdressing salon.

Enjoy a spacious, single room with ensuite, and garden views of native trees. Relax in our lounge or the courtyard – perfect on a warm summer’s day.

And that’s just to name a few! We also have an art and crafts group, “knit and natter” group and walking group. Joining in is completely up to you but it’s a great opportunity to get involved and have some fun.

Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care is a model of spiritual and emotional support offered to individuals to support them not only in times of pain or hardship, but also during times of celebration, happiness and peace. From the moment you arrive, they’ll be there to support you with:

  • Personal one-on-one visits
  • Prayer groups
  • Denominational services and Mass

Our Pastoral Care team also organise a range of activities including art appreciation groups, sessions that connect you with nature, reminiscence activities that help prompt your memory and talking groups where you’re invited to share all your thoughts and memories.
