Offering affordable housing aligns with VMCH’s steadfast commitment to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, particularly the belief that every human being should live a dignified life.

We believe our nation’s older generation deserve access to safe and secure housing; a place where you can live your life to its fullest.

As part of our commitment to comfortable and secure housing, we have 355 independent living units across 21 locations, with more approved for development.

Our locations vary across the inner suburbs of Melbourne and are all conveniently located near shops, public transport and the local Catholic church.

It’s not just about having a roof over your head; we are here to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and connected to your community with access to Pastoral Care, home maintenance, gardening and personal support such as Home Care Packages.
